The interview process was rather quick. There were a series of three interviews, which took just over an hour each. Each interviewer's questions became gradually harder. The questions covered areas in real world scenarios, leadership, quality assurance, teamwork, technical, educational, and problem solving. They were looking for individuals who are over-achievers, have high GPAs, are honest, and can effectively communicate.
