Interviewed with hiring manager. Once got through initial screen, he directed me to interview with 4 other people: HR person, current job holder, peer of hiring manager, potential peer of position interviewed for. Position was for product development - developing future products for the category. Tested knowledge of consumer and retail business, people management skills and trends in the market place that will affect the growth of the category. Interviewing took about one week, all handled on the phone. Still in the process of waiting for a decision. I was the first candidate to be interviewed. Expect it to take about one month before final decision.
