Interviewed Jun 2010 (took a day)
I was contacted by the recruiter, then the hirning manager. Had an uneventful conversation with the hiring manager then never heard back, despite my contacting both of them. An e-mail or phone call back would have been nice.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Plano, TX (took 2 weeks)
First started with a typical phone interview. Very friendly employee. Reception was good and well spoken interview. One on one interview went well too and was very professional. Good points of friendliness and laughter. Group interview was a week later and technically the 3rd interview. Everyone was direct about the position and friendly. Since the place was formally EDS and HP bought it, it was noticeable of the tension still existing within the people and work culture. Apparently HP made some major changes to the office environment.

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Austin, TX (took a day)
Invited for interview on campus. Was asked about the stock price of HP on the day. Then was asked abuot my background. I had already worked at Tandem in the past so that experience helped. They were eager to have me over and left the choice to me on whatever I wanted to do at HP (kinda sounded weird, but THAT was the offer). I wanted to pursue a career in marketing product management

Reason for Declining
The salary was not comparable or competitive at all. I have tremendous experience, but they wanted to treat me as a fresh MBA graduate. I was not ready for that.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
