Interview Details

Interviewed with the hiring manager. Didn't think twice about it at first, but now realized it was very troubling. Should have had someone else there to interview. I should have asked whether this hiring manager managed before. Her lack of management experience is why the role is so stressful

The hiring manager lied to me about vacation days. She was generous about providing a signing bonus, but then used that as justification for not giving a bonus, which was a part of the compensation package.
