Applied online after which had 3 separate interviews
1. HR and standard background checks and motivations for the application
2. Hiring Managers panel interview, in depth work experience and background questions
3. Last Minute Presentation Request with Panel interview.
Negotiation Details
Package received was the agreed structure, HR tried to negotiate lower but with Hiring managers support eventually got the deal I wanted.

The whole process from the initial communication to the interview itself was not too formal. The interview was mostly a one to one interview by the direct supervisor himself for a duration roughly around one hour. There wasn't really any structure to it and the questions can come and go as they needed.

Through agency and was arranged to go for first interview. shared with them experience and also asking pay. seems that they were eager to recruit good people then to fill up a team that have got high attrition rate. thu si got the offer almost immediate
