Interview Details

Initial phone interview with recruiter went well. He did not posses adequate information about the position I was applying for, and it was obvious he was simply doing a pre-screen interview. I was then asked to come in for a face to face interview with an operations manager, director of operations, and HR. Interview went well, and I was offered the position a day later.
