Interviewed Jan 2009 in Halifax, NS (Canada) (took 1+ week)
First I got a phone call from a recruiter about the job that I applied for.
The verified that I was still interested in the position.
Then I had an interview with the supervisor, IT manager and HR business partner
2nd interview was with the technical lead and they took me out on a group lunch with 2 people in the same position that I applied for and after that within 2 /3 days I got my offer

They gave me a salary and 2 weeks vacation
I negotiated 3 weeks vacation which is industry standard.
And more salary than they offered
they accepted my terms and i got an offer

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
