I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Hill Phoenix in October 2013.
Interview Details –
I just got a phone interview . I guess they will have another on-site one if you show you are good.
The question is most common ones. Such the job duty questions, goals, working environment and travel %, just like pre-screen questions. They don not care your previous experience and no questions on them for me.
Interview Question –
They are so good for interview itself. The hiring manager is so professional. The questions are very easy to answer. But the difficult is in other facts:
1. When they send you requests, there is no information for the job you applied . The recruiter only know setup time. You must keep your record even you have sent million tons resume. The good candidates should do this well but not me.
2. When they make the time, no time zone follow times. It is not a problems for local candidates, but others ,make sure before they call you.
3. Keep silence when hiring manager keep silence on the phone. They prefer to use this way to test candidate, at least for me. Answer Question
