Interviewed Jul 2010 in Gainesville, FL (took a day)
I was called to schedule an interview. They only offered me one available day and time, and when I told them I was unavailable to interview at that time, the man told me he would call back to reschedule. Not only did he never call to reschedule, but after calling his office multiple times the following week, he neither answered nor returned my calls.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 3 days)
I interviewed in person with the hiring manager and another manager in a case interview format, was sent on to interview with the Assitant Director and a Director in a standard behavioral interview and then asked for a writing sample that tested reasoning and pursuasion. The overall process was very positive.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Bristol, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
I've already worked in that hotel as a housekeeper, but I wanted to a better job what can fit me better. So I went for the HR and she offered me to find the Restaurant Manager and he can interview me one on one.
On the interview I was asked about my past experiences and than about my future plans. Why I wanna be a waiter? Whats are my personal goals? After that he asked me a few question about the costumer service and problem shooting. For example what would I do if one of the guest find a hair in her dinner? How can I co-operate with other workers from the team?

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 1 week)
I went in for the interview and met with two people from the Event Planning/Catering department. They asked straight forward questions about what my responsibilities were at my old job. I thought the interview went quite well. After and hour and a half of talking and hearing about the job responsibilities I went and talked with the HR manager. He asked a few questions. What I believe the job responsibilities would entail? Would I be free to work on the weekends when necessary? What would I do to calm an upset bride? I thought the interview went very well, but I never received a call.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Waikoloa, HI (took a day)
It would seem unusual the accounting department had two management positions open at once, and for such a long duration of time. When I inquired about how the vacancies happened, I got vague responses that seemed to indicate some conflicts with moral, personalities, etc. I heard stories of how internal transfers from the mainland got disillusioned once they arrived on the Big Island, and consequently, they could not keep any quality help. At the current time, there are also vacancies in the HR department also, and an impression that management was in crisis mode. All these red flags warned me to stay away. Your mileage may vary.

Interviewed May 2010 (took 4 weeks)
Applied on line; contacted by HR; phone screen with hiring manager; heard back that position was filled internally.
Hiring manager was very personable; told me a lot about the company and the transition they are going through (buy out by equity firm). Told me that they had internal candidates and what to expect next.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Baltimore, MD (took 2 weeks)
Dress Sharp, Be smart, Don't volunteer too much personal information. Research the company before interview to show that you are interested in becoming a part of the team. Be very familiar with the contents of your resume'. Be on time for your interview or preferably before time scheduled for interview. Take public transportation there or have someone drop you off and pick you up as the parking downtown is very expensive and if it's game season, parking fees double at the Hilton lot and you'll be lucky to even find a parking spot within a few blocks on the street.
