I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at Hire Thinking in January 2011.

Interview Details – Initial interview request received was via email. Offered between two locations to interview. Very accommodating to my requests. Two associates interviewed me and the entire process lasted under an hour. After a brief descussion, the job was offered to me within a few days. Everyone was very accommodating, and the entire process was very professional. Types of questions asked ranged from behavioral based to simple YES and NO answers. How soon can you start was a giveaway that I had secured a spot. Rate of pay/length of assignment was discussed ahead of time and prior to commitment.

Interview Question – Behavioral questions asked include: Tell me about a time when... and other questions incuded: How well do you know Microsoft Excel? Do you catch on to things quickly?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – They were very open to my requests to work from home on occasion. One bonus to having a laptop.
