Candidate will meet several people (4-10 interviewers), usually 1x1: hiring manager, team members for which the position is open, other employee who are doing same job but will not work with the candidate (just to give their opinion even if the position is not in their team), HR. it can happened that 2 interviewers are scheduled together (but not HR or hiring manager, always 1x1). Pre-screening of candidates by hiring manager by phone (before inviting to face to face interview) can also happen (15 minutes).
Usually well organized, atmosphere and interviewers are friendly. No tests or presentation required.

first i was called by hr department, asking me several simple questions to see whether my basic background is appropriate. then i was arranged to give a presentation at a panel interview, followed by one to one meeting with the recruiting manager.
