    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Holiday Retirement (Denver, CO) in January 2010.

    Interview

There were several phone interviews, first with the recruiter then a senior recruiter, and finally I was flown to Denver, CO for 2 pannel interviews. It was 2 sessions of interivews with 2 people each. The people I interviewed with first were Sandra Gainor and Stan Brown, secondly Steve Sugar and Edwin Zephrin. The people I interviewed with were not the same people (personality wise) what I worked with over the next 3 months. They put up the fasad that they were caring and wanted to create a Retirment Community that resembled "resort living" but after you began working with them it was clear that there was no intent to provide "resort living" but instead pack the communities with people who could barely afford the prices and would have to move on to higher care in a matter of months.
