Interviewed Jan 2012 in Las Vegas, NV (took 6+ weeks)
I was interviewed over the phone and then invited in to fill out their forms and take their tests. That took an hour, then i waited three hours to have a half hour panel interview with two Ops managers who asked me about computer programming and purchasing, and the job consisted of neither. Then I waited again,,, 4 hours for a interview that took 1/2 hour! Then I was called back for a group session were it seemed more like a sales pitch than an interview! They were like slimey insurance salesman, They showed no respect for the interviewee which leads me to believe they treat their employees like crap. They do have HIGH turnover so i would say i was right. I would not work for such a poor organization. Will I was filling out my paperwork there, I say near customer service and heard their supervisors yell at customers... not a well run company what so ever.
