Interviewed May 2011 in Lloydminster, SK (Canada) (took 2 weeks)
It was difficult in that the questions were hard and required thinking on the spot. the interview was relaxed and comfortable. I enjoyed it although I am comfortable in interviews. met with the HR manager as well as the store manager, they were both friendly. The atmosphere at the store seemed relaxed. There was definitely the need for reference checks, they were very specific about getting 3 previous supervisors, this tole me that they want to make sure that they were getting what they were looking for.

I was interview for a cashier positon by an store manager. The interview was pretty straight forward, common sense stuff. Many of the questions were about cumstomer related difficulties complaints and how I would respond to questions. The iterviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable.
