Process Improvement Analyst at Home Depot Canada

No Offer – Interviewed in Toronto, ON (Canada) Aug 2010 – Reviewed Aug 21, 2010

Interview Details – Interview was conducted at their distribution center but at the innovation building. Interviewed on 2 separate occasions with 2 team leads the first time. Was punctual and started the interview at 7.30am which helped a lot with balancing a full time job. The interview was pretty casual and more like a conversation vs. a behavioural questionnaire. Overall, the interview process was pleasant but I would have liked to take a look at the working cubicles/offices to see how working in a dc environment would be like but my sense would be more industrial vs. friendly innovative atmosphere.

Interview Question – Why are you leaving your company x, y, z?   Answer Question
