Interviewed Aug 2011 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 4+ weeks)
I went into the store to see if home depot is looking for any positions, so they had a job fair (the lady @ service desk told me ) and it was 2nd day of 4 day job fair @ the depot.
So i prepared and showed up on the very next day , got interviewed with HR manager and department supervisor.
Then they asked for my proof of identity if i have one.

Received a phone call after dropping my resume. The store manager called and it was very nice. Asked about my previous experience and interest of working for the Home Depot. Interviewed Oct 2010 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 6 weeks)
I was referred by a friend who is working at the Home Depot and I applied for a Forecast and Replenishment Analyst position. First, I have a screen phone interview with HR. Then after one week, I had a second interview with 2 Forecast & Replenishment Lead and the same HR. We went throught behavioral questions with SAR context. After one week, I had a third interview with DRH and Forecast & Replenishment Manager with similar behavioral questions. Finally, two weeks later, I received a call from a F&R Lead to offer me the position with a good salary which is my range.

it was an internal recruitment. i was already working with the company and I saw the posting for the position and i applied and i got it.
Advice to other interview candidates
dress appropiate--just because its a home improvement store does not mean to dress down for the interview-----I have been in job fairs helping candidates with applications, where to go, etc.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 2 days)
Interview was conducted at their distribution center but at the innovation building. Interviewed on 2 separate occasions with 2 team leads the first time. Was punctual and started the interview at 7.30am which helped a lot with balancing a full time job. The interview was pretty casual and more like a conversation vs. a behavioural questionnaire. Overall, the interview process was pleasant but I would have liked to take a look at the working cubicles/offices to see how working in a dc environment would be like but my sense would be more industrial vs. friendly innovative atmosphere.
