Interviewed Nov 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
There was a two step interview process. The first step was a technical phone interview in which they evaluated my technical skills and asked questions about items on my resume. My interview was very straightforward and friendly; it was a conference call with two IT developers. They asked me a couple of questions about the projects I worked on and tested my familiarity with the programming languages listed on my resume.
The second step was an on-site interview with three IT developers at their headquarters in Atlanta, GA. The developers were extremely friendly and very easy to talk to. The interview was basically a behavioral interview combined with efforts to figure out where I would best fit into their IT department. I received my offer for an internship only two days after the interview.
