Interviewed Feb 2010 in Lake Elsinore, CA (took 2 days)
I applied online to multiple locations, I got a call back within a week to come in for the interview. There were two people and in a small room, afterwards they told me I would be getting a call in for a second interview with the store manager which would be the following Monday. That went well, was then told I would be contacted for background check and drug test. There really is no way to mess that up so im figuring I prety much got the job.

No not at all, the wage was set and they were not budging. I needed a job though so I accepted what I could get which was minimum.
