Very Easy Interview
I applied through other source and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Home Depot in February 2013.
Interview Details – I was an internal hire for the position, but the interview itself is the same as what would be given to an external hire. Most of the questions focus on time management and customer service, though a couple dealt with ethics as well. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Interview Question – None were really difficult or unexpected. But to give an example, I was asked to recall an instance where I went above and beyond to ensure that a customer was satisfied. View Answer
