Interviewed Nov 2011 in Davie, FL (took 1 week)
I applied on line at company website. On company website is a barage of personality, skills and IQ tests all related to the position you select when applying. I applied for 4 different positions. The online application took about 2 hours. Exactly one week later I received an email and a phone call advising me of phone interview request for one position; Associate Support Department Supervisor. I called the number provided and a phone interview took place with representative asking and then typing my responses. There was no discussion or followup questions. Question asked and answer recorded.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Sunrise, FL (took 2 days)
Applied online and selected best local store within 10 miles. Applied for several positions. I was emailed and told to call for a phone interview, however, several days went by with no feedback. So, I physically went to the store I selected to follow up and only then got an interview.

I was offered $.40 above advertised salary for my age and experience? At $8.70 per hour was still less than my current position. but the company has better financial position. I needed a change and am still hoping for the best. When there one year I will drive a harder bargain.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Delray Beach, FL (took 5 days)
They called me and asked me about 5 questions over the phone. The call was from corporate. I was also interviewed by one of my managers for the position and they ask a few questions and then you do a scenario with your manager. The scenario was you are a sales associate and your manger is the customer. The customer came in the other day and could not find any help, so he is now in the store for the second time. He is a little frustrated about the help he is not finding. He needs help building a dog house and you have to sell him everything he needs. I said screws instead of nails because then you can sell him a drill too. Then of course the wood and everything else. In a nutshell they want to see that you can sell the whole project and not just one item and satisfy the customer.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Miami, FL (took 2 weeks)
They called me to schedule my first interview. Interview took place the next day. They emphasized a lot on customer service and satisfaction. They asked many questions pertaining to past customer experiences and experience in the dept your applying for though you dont really need much. I did well so they called me back for a second inerview. Which basically means you got in. It was ery short. Basically covering my position and general duties. then orientation and some computer training classes and your good to go.
