Interviewed Aug 2009 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 months)
The whole process seemed fairly standard for retail, they score you with some paper they have. It also seemed to take longer than it should. The one on one was about average but I had to keep coming back to fill out some paper about this or that, pretty annoying. It made me think that it could be run a little more organized. Also, interestingly I was hired about two months before the job actually started.

Negotiation Details
There were no negotiations, I was asked what did I make now and when I answered my now manager said something to the effect of I can swing that. Which lead me to believe It was more than average or about average. My advice to others would be know the pay scale which is about $9-$11 an hour.

Interviewed Oct 2007 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2+ weeks)
I submitted detailed application online. Was called about 10 days later with phone interview. Made appointment for one on one interview in about 15 days. Had interview with human relations manager and was offered position as long as background check and drug testing were acceptable. I did not feel the HR person knew a lot about what was required for kitchen design.

Interviewed Jul 2007 in Broomall, PA (took 2 days)
I first applied online. Afterwards, I got a call back. I was then contacted by the Human resources department informing me about an opening for a sales associate position. Once I accepted the open position I was given an initial interview. Then I was given a drug test and background test. I passed both tests and was called for a second and final interview. I was qualified for the position and shortly thereafter landed the position.
