Interview Details – Main point was submitting editing samples that must be both correct in English and technology. And be in the country legally and eligible to work.
Interview Question – The writing samples provided to demonstrate editing abilities were a mixture of English and Chinese-English and so difficult to interpret. There were very few questions except regarding type of visa in country on, and what kind of college degree posessed. Answer Question
I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at Hon Hai in March 2007.
Interview Details – I was an intern and knew the basic background of the company, and management style. Management is satisfied with my performance. Foxconn has a very special culture different than American company. Everything changes very fast and may be required to deliver result immediately. Sometimes, decisions are made without carefully thought by management, yet they adjust their direction so quick that they may compensate the errors while moving on.

Interview Details – Saw their hiring brochures while serving in the military. After a personality test and English proficiency test, had an interview with the Project Manager of the department, HR later contacted me for basic info as well as school grades.

Negotiation Details – Was not able to negotiate, said the salary was provided by company regulations.

Interview Details – I was interviewed by two interviewees, one is their software testing department senior engineer and the other is the project manager. The former one mainly asked technical skills and working experiences relevant to the position. Also, some IQ testing questions and second-language self-introduction were required. And the second round interview by manager basically focused on personality questions.
