Interviewed Mar 2010 (took a day)
Interview was conducted by an individual who was clearly reading from a script and sounded disinterested. The questions asked showed an assembly line mentality at the hiring organization. The interviewer did not have a proper e-mail address where I could send him a thank you note. Overall it left a very poor impression of the company.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Columbus, OH (took 3 weeks)
2-level rectruter type interview. Each one takes about 40 min, first interview is targeted toward businees and technical side of the job, second - personality.
Interestingly, a "must" condition to be considered happened to be not your skills, not your experience, etc... but "willingness" to relocate. This option came across as not to be discussed. Oh, well.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Minneapolis, MN (took a day)
The process moved very quickly, which was refreshing. There was a 15 minute company overview for the candidates and then 4 consecutive 1:1 interviews. The decision was made the very next day. I was impressed with the process, the company and the professionals I interviewed with.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Juarez, Estado de Chihuahua (Mexico) (took 3 days)
First two interviews, about a day apart. where by phone. About 40 min per day and generally asked about my job background and knowledge. Bad thing was that it was not a permanent job, and with no opportunity change my contract statement. since it was outsourcing. The job consists of IT support, not including cabling or infrastructure, only PC, printer, network equipment support. Projects once in a while and no option for overtime.

Reason for Declining
Salary offer was not what i expected and support was a 24/7 job. Most of the times including sundays. A friend of mine got me the interview and told me the background of the people that worked there before me.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 3 weeks)
They contacted me based on my notoriety in the field. They interviewed me and tested me through many personality tests and psychological tests. We then broke off for one on one tests.
Everything seemed solid by the managements point of view. However the office was silent and the people there did not smile a lot. They smiled when they were introduced but the feeling across the room was very monotone. The metrics and graphs showing business results on the wall showed YOY minor incremental growth. This was opposite of what was conveyed in the interview.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I lost interest when we came towards the end of the process for three reasons. They told me I was in tough competition for the role. Their body language said they were lying so I confirmed it through four inside sources. (I don't like liars) The opportunity was exciting but the expectations based on past performance was completely unrealistic making incentive difficult. The incentive package structure was extremely complex, and had too many caps and caveats for their self protection.
