1. An HR guy contacted me through email. 2. He asked me some questions regarding whether I wan to relocate, the minimum salary and .... 3. The Hiring Manager sent me some questions through HR and asked me to answer those questions. I couldn't really answer all those questions.

    Phone interview first talk about my experience on the resume. Quite casual. Then got notified to come for a onsite interview. No technical presentation. Interviewed with six different people, including managers, directors, and engineers. Mostly focus on my experience and possible contribution to the company.

    Interview process took approximately one weeks time. Was contacted by one consultant First two rounds were core technical. Third round was Technical Manager round... slightly technical. More Process oriented. Forth round was HR Round... Process was smooth and interviewers were eager to know more about you confidence and attitude toward the position and responsibility.

    1. Phone screening interview by recruiter within 2 days of being referred. Asked questions regarding basic qualifications listed in job ad. 2. In person interview 8 days later, with hiring manager and 3 other senior engineers. Mainly reviewed experience listed on resume. 3. Phone interview with HR, mainly soft skills. 4. Another in-person interview, same people, more detailed questions on experience, some hardware debug questions. In-person interviews were reasonable, interviewers were friendly and respectful. Good experience.
