Site Leader Interview

Site Leader
Phoenix, AZ

The process took 1+ week - interviewed at Honeywell in April 2012.

Interview Details – 20 minute staffing center phone screen, 30 minute hiring manager and HR phone screen. 90 minute on-site with 4 person panel interview. 5-6 questions on the resume and 5 behavioral questions. 2 of the 4 interviewers did not seem very engaged in the process. One kept checking his text/emails. Since declining I've met 3 people who have recently left the business for other opportunities. They report the environment was poor based on the weak financial performance of the business unit.
