The interviewer went on about the position, explained how the job would entail odd hours due to US sync, who the clients would be, and whom would I be reporting to. Asked some job specific questions: what are contingencies etc.

I applied online and a recruiter contacted me about my resume. I had a phone interview that was about my general job preferences and skills. Later I interviewed with a panel of people. The took turns asking me some general questions about my professionalism, and then some of the questions were more technical (about my skills and experience with tools). I had a chance to ask some questions to the group as well. They were all very personable. My advice is to be authentic and listen well (to know if you're a match).
