Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 3 days)
Did a phone interview which took about 30 minutes. After this they set up a 1 0n 1 with an assstant regional. The assistant reginal informed me he was about to resign so he thought I should meet with the regional manager. He sent me same day to a store about 40 minutes away. I met with the regional who liked me enough to send me to yet another store another 40 minutes away to meet with a traing general mananger who was about to be promoted to assistan regional when the first person I met left. Sound confusing? It was.

Interviewed May 2009 in Lakeland, FL (took a day)
Come in dressed your best not necessarily too over the top and smile a lot. They look for personality as well as looks! I got hired on the spot and trained for bartending. If you work hard to develop relationships with your customers they will keep coming back making your earning potential limitless.

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took a day)
I walked in on a Sunday and asked to fill out an application for the Hooters Girl position. One of the girls brought me an application and when I completed it, she went and informed the manager. The interview itself was very quick and the questions very general. I felt it was rushed and got the impression that the manager had already made up her mind that I would not be offered a position. When I asked if this particular location was currently hiring, I was only told that they are always accepting applications. At the end of the interview, the manager told me that I would receive a phone call in 3-5 business days if they were interested in hiring me.

Interviewed May 2011 in Charlotte, NC (took a day)
-Walked in and asked for an application.
-Filled it out and handed it to a manager who took it and interviewed me on the spot.
-Asked questions such as if I had any tattoos, reliable transportation and how I handled conflict.
-Asked me to tell a joke and to hula hoop.
Then I got the job. It was simple. As long as you're an attractive female with a slim body, you'll get the job.

Interviewed May 2011 in Destin, FL (took a day)
Came in and applied on a weekend and was told I would get a call sometime the following week. A week and a few days later I came in for an interview. Had me fill out a second application because they didn't feel like looking for mine. Sat down with the GM/Manager, cant remember which he was, and the whole interview took about 10 minutes or so. Basically just reviewed my application and asked me about my schooling, what kind of hours I was looking to work, etc. He seemed satisfied, took me back in the kitchen and introduced me to some of the other cooks that were working, gave me a shirt, and told me what time to come in the next day. The kitchen staff was laid back and very welcoming. Great group of guys.

You have to fil out an application, while the manager working end evensome of the girls look to see if they think you're cute and skinny. If you're fat and/or ugly, you won't even get an application. They'll tell you they only accept applictions during some random time, hoping you won't come back or making you some other manager's problem. When you're done filling out the application, they do a one-on-one, and ask whatever questions they can come up with while they get a close up look at you. If they like you they'll hire you on the spot (guaranteed!!!)...if not, they'll tell you that they'll get back to you...and never will.

Interviewed May 2010 in San Francisco, CA (took 5 days)
I first had an interview with the hiriing manager. She really liked me and told me I had the look and the personality. She just asked when I was available, if I had ever been to Hooters, why I want to work at Hooters and other basic 1:1 interview. Then about a few days later, she told me to meet up with the general manager for the ok. He then asked why I wanted to work at Hooters, what I wanted to be when I was older, and my availability. I thought the interview went well but he never called back.
