Interviews were relatively non-technical in content which was a little bit of a surprise.
Initially, I was left waiting almost a hour before the first interviewer showed up to let me in the facility which was a bit odd. The initial interviewers attitude was a bit passive aggressive, somewhat grouchy.
The remaining interviews where quite good, some levels of dis-function or unhappiness were detected by some of the interviewers and their comments regarding the company.

Initial offer was prompt. Compensation level offered reflected a position slightly lower than what I was expecting based on my experience level.
Accepted the offer promptly because the nature of the job was a good fit at the time.

First, the company recuiter sent an email to ask the availability for phone interview. One day later, scheduled a phone interview with HR to talk about general questions regarding the position and my qualifications. Three days later, a phone interview was schedued with the hiring manager. Talked about with the hiring manager over the phone for 30 minutes regarding the position and asked me my experience, very general stuff. One day later, an on-site interview was scheduled. On-site interview included one on one with three people in the group and the hiring manager, and also a presentation. There were not very difficult questions. One week later, got an offer.

Phone interview (skipped due to employee referral) >> Hiring Manager phone interview >> In-person interview: 4-6 people individually including HR >> Wait for offer (1-2 weeks) >> Negotiate offer (a few days). It was a pretty typical interview, similar to other Medical Device Companies.

Had an initial phone screen from HR followed by another phone call with more questions. Was called 2 weeks later to schedule an on-site interview. During the 4 hour interview I met with HR and members of the unit separately.
Some of the key people seemed openly hostile.

Job was nothing like described in interview. Seemed to be very challenging, but work was simply data entry. I would recommend asking specifically for what you want and ensuring they give you a clear answer about tasks you'll be taking on.

It was thorough. Different individuals and group of individuals interviewed at different times. Was almost the whole day phenomenon. Walk-through of the facilities was provided. Got to meet the potential co-workers too. Lunch was provided along with break. I thought it was well oriented. Information was shared. People were comfortable to talk to and they did good job with planning the interview.
