The interviewer was very polite and open about the position. I had been reffered to this position by a peer I had met at a networking event, and had already heard good word about the company cluture and atmosphere. Provided a great job description and the role that I would be assuming.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hospital Corporation of America (Ocala, FL) in June 2014.
The most important part of the interview was the manager asking about me and my personality. She asked to be sure I would be a good fit with the rest of the girls in the office. It was so important because she wanted harmony with us as coworkers. Which we did get along very well due to her doing this for every new hire.

I have not had a direct job interview in years but have had telephone discussions as I wanted to understand a few companies and know what they, themselves, were looking for in a transcriber. The questions below do not apply, so please dismiss the answers as appropriate to any job I am seeking now. They are being answered to complete this process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hospital Corporation of America (Austin, TX) in June 2014.
I was interviewed by a current manager and the one leaving. The amount and quality of the job related questions were appropriate. They seemed interested in getting to know me as an individual. I was selected for a second round interview which war a panel interview. I got the impression that they were all interested in getting the best feel for my personality more than my technical skills.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hospital Corporation of America (Nashville, TN) in April 2014.
I submitted my application online and got an email about two weeks later. They asked to do a phone interview that day. The interview took about 20 minutes. I was not asked any hard questions. Mainly questions about where my career was going and why I wanted the position. Interviewer asked about my degree. Later that day I received a few more emails asking me to complete some skills and math tests online. I completed those that day and four days later received an offer. It took about 8 days for my background check and drug test to be completed and for them to give me a start date.
- There were not any difficult questions. Answer Question
They offered me a certain amount and I accepted. There was no room for negotiation.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Hospital Corporation of America.
Received a phone call to set up a time and date for interview. The interview was conducted by two team leads. They had a list of questions to ask, but made it feel like a natural conversation. After that, it was open for me to ask questions. The whole interview took 15 minutes at most. I was then taken to the HR office and did a simple skills test online. I was told they would make a decision within the week. Checked in a week later. I was told they were still interviewing, but was given no timeline to check in again. Noticed the position had been filled by looking at their job search site.
