Interviewed Mar 2011 in Austin, TX (took a day)
I applied on online and got a phone call to set up a phone interview. About week later, I did the phone interview. The lady who interviewed me was really nice. The interview consisted with basic interview questions like tell me about yourself/experience. She then gave me the rundown about the position which didn't jive well with me. It sounded more administrative then creative. I then took a skills test. I week later I received an email saying that they have decided to more on with other candidates for the position. If they had offered me the position, I would have declined it because the job title didn't match the position.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 3 weeks)
Had 2 phone interviews and then went in for a presenation. Everyone I spoke to gave me different details regarding the job (Work from home, work from office). Then no offer was given. I thought I deserved the job so I spoke to the recruiter to find out what neds to be fixed. They said no one was chosen. Waste of time.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Boston, MA (took 4+ weeks)
The process was slow, and it wasn't unti the 3rd round that I was able to learn that the position wasn't a proper match either in pay or responsibilities for my own experience. The interviewers I spoke with were all professional and engaged, but it was a slow, somewhat unorganized process.

Interviewed Jan 2007 (took 2 weeks)
I had an initial phone interview with HR, and then a one-on-one with HR. After making it through these two phases, I was brought in for an interview with several department heads. The interview process was fairly easy and low-key. I had no editorial skills, but came from an industry where they often recruit personnel. For the entry-level position that I interviewed for, they were more interested in my ability to learn rather than what I knew.

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Jul 2008 in Dublin, County Dublin (Ireland) (took 1 week)
My first interview was a phone screening with two managers - one of the at VP level. The job was for a Senior Software Engineer / Team leader for remote teams so the conversation was around team management, agile methodologies and best practices. A very open conversation.
The second interview was onsite, I had to pay my own trip to Ireland and was very well received. Both interviewers, one of them the future project manager, were very nice and smiling and we only went through my cv without any difficult questions.
The offer was made a few days after and was actually slightly better than my other options, but I decided to go with another project.

Reason for Declining
