Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 3 weeks)
initial phone interview with hiring manager- about 1 hr. behavioral type questions - lots of focus on previous role, specifics and outcomes. Next round was a week or so later - flown out to Boston for in-person interview with manager; also interviewed with another member of the team (about 45 mins). Next had two more rounds with senior and exec VPs. whole process took about 1 month - from resume submission to offer.

didn't seem to have much room for negotiation, went a few rounds, but I was excited about the position, so ultimately accepted.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
