I received an e-mail to call and schedule a phone interview with HR (which is in Texas). Had a phone interview. Did not hear back from HR in a week's time as was stated. Called HR and spoke to interviewer who remembered me, but asked "What can I do for you?" Reminded her of what she said I could expect her to do. She said she'd look into it and get back to me. Eight business days later, I received an e-mail that they were going with other candidates. Very nice experience except for the poor follow though. I will apply for other positions with the company. I will not expect great professionalism after this, so I will need a great salary, when otherwise this might not have been my top priority.
