I make sure, to let them see, my empathic but sligahtly stern approach of respect, to these individuals. This in the past, has leveled the difficulty in these, persons character. This kind of person may feel unvalued, selfesteem problems and invisible,as in merit. So I give these people, some time, so as to remind them, that they are valued human beings and to conduct themselves accordingly, would be just fine. A positive outcome.
