Morale, attitude doesnt change. It makes you that much more driven, competitive for the next lead. Don't dwell on the mistakes, figure out what you need to improve and move in ASAP with a smile on your face. (Give them the perspective you are level-headed, down-to-earth, and a moving on type of applicant)
