This question cannot be answered without asking questions. But in summary: I need to know two factors: the size of a penny and the capacity of the building. In detail, I would also need to know are the people in there? If yes, what time of day? Need to factor lunch time and time deliveries are made. Also, do we include the foundation? This may all be negated by one other factor, which the fact that the Empire State Building may have more capacity than there are pennies in existence. If TRUE,then the answer is however many pennies there are in circulation.
