A good starting point is remembering that about 48 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube every minute, which translates to about 25 exabytes of data every year. This is full of assumptions of course, as it assumes a 10 minute video is about 100MB, and storage isn't only limited to videos, but it might get you bonus points with the interviewer.
