· Look them in the eye
· Ask how I can help them
· Do not take anything they say as personal
· Keep smiling no matter how much attitude they pour on

Be smile...
And stop what you are doing, give them full attention so they feel important. Ask Sir/Madam, how i can help you. Keep smiling and try to give the best service to them. Sometimes you can call your manager to talk with them.
