Review the contract, speak with the Supply Alliance Manager, notify my manager then call the supplier, if no good reason stress the threat of possible loosing my customer, check the supply chain to see if products are available for customer and if so may cancel the PO with the supplier if there is enough products in the supply chain pipeline.
