Send Answer Interview Answer 1 Answer ▲ 6 ▼ I would get to know the volunteer well before suggesting change. They aren't going to listen to or respect a person that is new to the organization. I would then start to work them towards bigger changes by pointing out where small changes could be made. Finally, if all else fails, bring them back to the mission of ACS, and explain how these changes have been extremely successful in other events, and how you know that with ther expertise, this change could make an even bigger difference in their event.
