You need to read all about the product's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges to come up with some ideas on how to improve, even if it's small. I Google'd user reviews on the product and got some ideas. I tried out the product using virtual lab and found some things could be improved. Be prepared for this as MS seems to be continuously improving & listening to customers' feedback.
