If you've ever worked in retail, you know all customers suck. Some hide it better, but they look down you for working service, event though they are the ones out shopping in the middle of the day and not contributing to society.

Best answer is angry customer, is to get as much detail of their problem as possible, so when you escalate it, your superior doesn't come in blind. Try to remember as much as you can, so can post it on or reddit, stay pleasent, pretend you are on their side and its the evil corporate policies at fault.
