How would you tell a long term USAA member that he/she is

  at fault for an accident that you know the member assumes he is not at fault? How would you handle objections?

I basically just answered that I would be firm but polite in explaining how I came to the at fault determination. I would give examples to back up my decision. I would thank that member for their membership and suggest they contact customer service to have a policy review to discuss additional discounts to offset the increase in their rate if any.
