The upsell depends on the type of client calling. If it is an independent production the rental agent should be knowledgeable enough to guide the client in what added equipment they might need. If the client is from a studio (Disney, Warner Brothers), they know what they need and just want the order filled at a good price. This would be the opprotunity to "upsell" by negotiating a good price.
