Facts:
1. A clock is a full circle, hence equals a complete 360 degrees.
2. To make n-sections, you need to make n-1 separations. So, to make 3 section we need 2 separation, which would be done drawing straight lines.
3. 12 hours of a clock = 360/12 degrees each hour = 30 degrees
4. 12 hours to be divided into 3 equal sections; so, 12/3 = 4 hours.
5. 4 hours is also equal to, 4x30 = 120 degrees.
6 Hence, draw line1 from 4 hrs to 8hrs, and 2nd line from 8hrs to 12hrs. We'll have exactly 3 separate sections, with 4 hours each. Or start drawing line from anywhere, and makes sure the internal angle remains 120 degrees; you'll end up with same reuslt.
