The interview process was shorter than most other firms - just two rounds as opposed to three or more at other firms. It only lasted one morning. It consisted of one interview with an associate and one interview with a partner. Did not go to lunch. Received a call approximately ten days later saying that I got the position but only had two weeks to respond. This violated the NALP guidelines.

I was referred to Howrey by a colleague who worked there. The position was for an IT technician. The interview process mainly consisted of technical questions as well as some behavioral ones (e.g., how do you work with a team?).

It was a very unusual interview. The partner I interviewed with did all the talking and never stopped to ask me a question. Walking away from the interview, it was very hard to tell how it went because I didn't feel that I let the interviewer get to know me.
