Interviewed Jan 2012 in Shenzhenzhen (China) (took a day)
After a first brief presentation I've been introduced to the manager of the division. They check your background and ask for some questions regarding how you would manage some business situations.
People are just Chinese, working culture completly chinese with few leaders and many workers. All the people very nice and polite. Office environment not really good but acceptable. Salaries really too low, but high possibility to get bonuses during the year.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Nanjing, Kiangsu (China) (took 2 days)
It was a big interview at a hotel, you just leave yr resume there and wait for the managers' picking up. When my resume was selected by a technical manager, he asked me to write two programming questions on paper, and asked some questions about how and why it was programmed like that. The next is a group discussion, only 2 people was selected out of 10. Then, a 1:1 English language skill test with a pretty young lady. Finally, speak with a big manager, he just asked some casual questions. All of those procedures were finished within 4 hours.
