I have been referred by my friend. It is too important. After one phone interview, we set a onsite interview. One day interview include: one on one, group meeting, and one presentation has been gived. After onsite interview, if both are interested, go to further process. Then HR will talk the offer, and negotiate the offer.

Company seemed great at face value.
Comments from others in the industry advise against going there due to exclusion of non-Chinese staff from key customer discussions.
My interview was great. Very technical and indepth, to determine my skills level.
The panel interview was good, the panel friendly and they expresses interest but indicated salary may be too high. Always leave room to negotiate.

I felt undervalued by the low offer. Considered negotiating further but my agency advised not to price myself out of market so I declined the offer.

In person review. the staff will present technical questions for evaluation. The company has large apptetide for accomplished engineers. Good command of chinese is needed, and the interview processs is conducted in chinese. the company conveys a sense of youth, and with it, the inexperience, as the typical personnel here seems under 30.
