    An aptitude test was there it was not so difficult.it contains quat,verbal,c or java.
    after that they will shortlist some candidates.after that there is technical interview they asked the basics of C and they tell me to to write some programs.They also ask the puzzels also.

    Attended Interview through a recruiting agency.Took about one and half months.First was general aptitude and C/java test.Then again one aptitude with programming test conducted and only a few were selected to the next round.There are 2 technical one managerial and one hr round there after.The aptitude was tough but programing was ok.

    I got a call from a recruiting firm, it was a contract position with Huawei, Bangalore. There was two technical F2F interview round. The questions consists of Puzzles, Testing questions, SQL queries and Linux Commands.

      When and why automation is used?
      What should Test report consists of?
      Validate Login page and write Test cases.
      How to optmise test cases.
      what is Load, stress testing?

      Puzzles:-
      1.Given two ropes, can burn from both ends..measure 45mins.
      2.Given 10 coins,each weigh= 1 grms and one defective coin weighs 2grms. Tell min possible way to find the defective coin.
      3.Prove any number raise to 0 is 1.
      SQL
      1. Query of when a new column is added into the table.
      2. Query like Order by, Between
      LINUX
      1.Is linux case-sensitive. Can Commands be redefined in linux , if yes then how?
      2.How to go end of the screen in Vi-editor.
      3.How to list contents of directory. ls
      4.How to list which file got modified recently. ls -ltr
      5.How grep command is used to find a string in all files of a directory.

    Interview Details

    Initial Aptitude round had around 60 questions, then 2 technical rounds,1 managerial round,1 hr round. Results were told immediately once you finish your interview. Technical rounds were on C and C++. And questions will be based on the skills mentioned in the resume. Be strong at your technical skills mentioned in your resume. Depending on your performance you might be a contract employee or a permanent employee.
