Interview Question – What do you know about Huawei? View Answer
I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Huawei Technologies in October 2011.
Interview Details – Applied via online website, they called to set up for the interview date. There were 3 stages of interviews, starting with technical knowledge and question, the panel gave me a piece of A4 paper and a pencil and asked to sketch a network architecture. And followed by HR interview, all questions were getting to know you and your personalities. And the final stage is the Head of Department, once again he basically asked to do a short presentation on a whiteboard using marker and briefed him what I have learned from my previous job.
Pros: - Good for people who look for a job to kill time! Employees have nothing to do and just spend their time in office browsing the Internet. – Full Review
