I applied through a recruiter and the process took 5+ weeks - interviewed at Huawei Technologies in October 2011.
Interview Details – I had 4 interviews in total for the position. The first one was with the Department manager. It was technical interview, but with not so much details. The second interview was with 3 engineers, which was pure technical and asking for my experience, and knowledge about the wireless technologies. It went deep in to details like describing the signal sequence in mobile originating calls, etc. The next one was with HR (standard stuff) and the Director, who was just curious.
Interview Question – Details describing the TCP/IP calculations about domains addresses and masks without the calculator. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Tough, I asked for more money and did not get them.
